My name is Ethan Boroian. I attended Vive L’Enfance for 8 years and completed my scholary education graduating with the French Baccalaureate. Not only was the school extemely benifical from an educational stand point, but it also helped me enormously in developing my self-confidence and preparing me for the next educational stages that I am currently in (studying cinema at Royal Holloway, University of London).

The heart and soul of Vive L’Enfance is Sylvie d’Esclaibes, who co-founded the school intending to accept creative differences rather than stifle them. She has always encouraged my creative abilities (being a musician), and has always left her door open to any personal problems I had. Furthermore, Sylvie always put students first, and never comprimised the foundations on which the school was built: accepting that every pupil is different and in so doing giving every student individual focus and attention.
Complying to the regulatory French educational system was not comprimised in the slightest. By use of putting on theatre shows as well as organising class trips, Sylvie found a way to make school a place in which you wanted to go to, rather than had to go to. I cannot stress enough the impact Sylvie d’Esclaibes has had on both my education and life, teaching me core values and promoting my creativity.
